Dirty Rascal - What Would Love Do

Dirty Rascal - What Would Love Do
“Life-affirming… songwriting to stir the soul… Jeff Jenkins, The Music.
DIRTY RASCAL perform original uplifting rock, rich with riffs and vocal harmony. The new album YOU BE THE KING is a collection of infectious tunes with relentless grooves and inspiring, melodic lyrics.

The main songwriter Andrew McSweeney (McSweeney, Midnight Hunting Crew) is joined by album producer Jerry Speiser (Men at Work) and creative collaborators John Fleming (Scared Weird Little Guys) and Andy Dixon (Bexhill, Officer Friendly) to perform an engaging and inclusive live set ranging from songs of delicate longing to classic 4-piece rock.

The project began a few years ago with a commitment by Andrew to produce a landmark album. With Jerry as producer they pulled in such luminary players as Bruce Haymes, David Briggs, Ross Hannaford and Ray Pereira and produced an album of outstanding depth and quality. John and Andy joined the lineup to form the live band and Dirty Rascal was born.

All the music is performed at the natural frequency of A432Hz generating an uplifting experience which leaves audiences energised and satisfied. Catch Dirty Rascal on their national album launch tour to experience a phenomenon in Australian music.
