It also touches on Tony’s own experiences serving in the the Australian Defence Force as well as highlighting the plight of current returning veterans suffering PTSD. In the lead up to Anzac Day this song is a fitting tribute and a “must listen” as it will move you.

The first single and title track from Tony's debut album Laidback Country is written about his beloved hometown of Charters Towers, Queensland and its “laidback culture”. Legendary Australian guitarist Phil Emmanuel contributed the lead guitar solo for the track.

With two young kids, a house she built herself from mudbricks and a small herd of cattle, Janice Bell of Barnhill Station diversified her operation by building a caravan park on the red Pindan soils.
