Mista Savona (born Jake Dominic Savona) is a highly regarded Reggae, Dancehall and Hip-hop producer and keyboardist based in Melbourne, Australia.
The first single lifted from the HAVANA MEETS KINGSTON project is ‘Carnival', featuring Jamaican born vocalist Randy Valentine and Cuban singer Solis. Bursting with energy and originality, the song is set to become a dance floor anthem for a new generation of urban, reggae, hip-hop and world music lovers.

Russian folk music roots are clearly influential in her unique style. With dreamy emotional lyrics sung to a mixture of eclectic styles, Innessa is constantly leaving her audience spellbound.

keep the folkloric vibe in it. It’s about one broken heart,
a lonely person withering away like a tree.

Singer-songwriter Toby Martin spent ten years as the lead singer of alternative rock band Youth Group before beginning his solo career. He returns with his second solo album.
Inspired by the suburban surrounds of Sydney’s South Western suburb of Bankstown, ‘Lim’s Song’ captures beautifully what is at the heart of Song’s From Northam Avenue – music inspired by the world, but not world music.

Drummer/percussionist turned singer/eclectic songwriter, jp combines all his worldly influences into a platter of catchy songs that you can dance, sing-a-long, make love and break up to.
'All This Time', featuring vocalist Scarlet Daly, gives a subtle nod to 70's funk whilst travelling through Brazilian-esque grooves. It's a poppy song about your everyday modern relationship, but there are some extra paranoia-peppers hiding in-between the lines as we get to witness some classic miscommunication and its fallout.

a Bit na Ta is No. 9 on the Transglobal World Music Chart and is an outcome of the deep musical friendship between Melbournian David Bridie & PNGs George Telek.
Lili Ram Kavavar is a creation song by George Telek and David Bridie about the spirit of the ocean, and the volcano: the source of life for the Tolai people. Percussion is Kundu drums from PNG, and found percussion from around the village.

Mick Harvey - Contact     World, Rock, Pop 11/01/2017
Renowned musician, singer-songwriter, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and record producer, also known for his long-term collaborations with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
'Contact' is the second single to be taken from Intoxicated Women, the final volume of Mick Harvey's, Serge Gainsbourg translations series. A space age pop song originally sung by Brigitte Bardot, it was first released in 1968 and features Channthy Kak of Cambodian Space project and Xanthe Waite on vocals.

Ngarukuruwala - Murli murli la     Indigenous, World, Jazz 08/12/2016
Since 2007, Ngarukuruwala (we sing songs), have shared musical ideas to create new versions of old Tiwi songs.
'Murli murli la' tells the story of a girl and a boy who are in love but can't be together. Murli la translates roughly as 'Let's go away together'. Like the old love songs, it's lighthearted entertainment with a deeper (unspoken) understanding of the complications of love and desire.

A protest song calling for “Merdeka” - Freedom for West Papua. Fierce log drumming from Manus Islands, hauntingly beautiful Kwakumba flutes from the PNG highlands, Tifa drums of West Papua, and chants from surrounding islands; features musicians from PNG who gathered to perform in solidarity with West Papua.

Diger Rokwell is an artist that knows no boundary, as represented through the nonlinear output from the Perth based multi instrumentalist and DIY dabbler.

From honey-smooth bossa nova and ballads, and irrepressible samba, to playful swing, cool jazz and enchanting choro, singer/guitarist Anna Salleh channels songs of beauty, sorrow, irreverence and joy.
Noites Cariocas (pronounced 'noichez kah-ree-oh-cahs') means 'Rio Nights' and is in the choro style. This form of music from Rio de Janeiro was originally instrumental but this song is set to almost untranslatable Portuguese lyrics that touch on themes of sleepless nights from a vexed relationship. Call it 'Brazilian vocalese'!
