The song is uniquely bilingual, featuring Taiwanese-Hokkien vocals by wearable art duo 'LOOPY!鹿皮', with English vocals by bedroom-pop creator 'apadalia' and Matt himself.

The Crooked Fiddle Band: possibly the world's only 'chainsaw folk' band, taking elements of traditional folk, post-rock and punk to create a mix praised by everyone from Eno to Albini.
Counter Errorism serves an overture to The Crooked Fiddle Band's new climate-change-based album, Another Subtle Atom Bomb. It features a host of the sounds that define the album, including a double bass recording through a rattling snare drum, Jess Randall's violin scratches and shimmering 'slackbow' technique. Mostly instrumental, the only lyrics are 'though tides are rising/thoughts bide while sirens sing.'
