Underground Lovers - The Rerun     Pop, Electronic, Rock 02/05/2017
Melbourne has long been Australia's epicentre of indie/progressive music, and for much of the 1990’s-2000’s, local band underground- Lovers pushed sonic boundaries in a manner that made them cult favourites.
Influenced by a mixture of late ‘70s Joy Division and ‘80s pop, the third sin- gle from said new album, ‘The Rerun’ sees the undies in a buoyant mood celebrating “Faceless users come undone”. Clearly a reference to either drug addiction, ALP factional politics or the Trumpettes!
