Inspired by the story surrounding the infamous Tayla Harris photo, Carus Thompson decided to tackle the topic of violence against women in his new single ‘Ship To Come In’.
"The image of that famous kick earlier this year changed the course of history, I felt that what happened to Tayla was such an acute representation of what’s been happening to women forever. With 'Ship To Come In’ I wanted to show my support for this important issue and hopefully, even if only in a small way, help continue the conversation”.

Influenced by a mixture of late ‘70s Joy Division and ‘80s pop, the third sin- gle from said new album, ‘The Rerun’ sees the undies in a buoyant mood celebrating “Faceless users come undone”. Clearly a reference to either drug addiction, ALP factional politics or the Trumpettes!
