Yates - It's Over Now     Electronic 12/08/2016
Australian singer/songwriter living in Germany dwelling on the threshold between graceful electronic sounds and sublime song writing. The music fuses folky guitars and pianos with prickling electronic sounds.
Over the past year his musical stylings have rapidly evolved into a sound that fuses folk guitar and piano with prickling electronic sounds. Yates transcends expectations by re- writing this 90s urban classic into a contemporary piece of indie/folk music on point for Australian ears.

Wongo - Be 2 Be (Feat. Ducky)     Electronic 29/07/2016
It's freakin weird what our boy Wongo makes - but not too weird for peeps like Switch, Crookers, Sinden, Christian Martin, Treasure Fingers, Go Freek, Anna Lunoe, even Tommy Trash
Wongo has teamed up with LA based vocalist Ducky for the single 'Be 2 Be'. Little sidestep for Wongo in that there has been a lot more focus on his songwriting for this release with sweet synths and warm basslines.

Dena Amy - Wait For You     Electronic 08/07/2016
Her prolific DJing combines monumental elements of soul, bass and funk. She has featured and performed live on the Rüfüs track ‘Hypnotised’, PLUS a performance at Coachella earlier this year.
Working in tandem with label brother Benson, recently having seen success with his track ‘Step To Me’, and killing it with his remix of Peking Duk’s ‘Take Me Over’, the pair have created a tune that is both sweet and melodic, yet underscored with cool electro synth and buttery beats.

Polographia - Sly Feat. Winston Surfshirt     Electronic 06/07/2016
Polographia’s nostalgic approach takes the royal jelly of times past and pushes it into tomorrow, threading together an array of emotion with a skill level that far outweighs their age.
Curating a sound that is simultaneously atmospheric and up-beat, ‘Sly feat. Winston Surfshirt’ sees the two-piece push the intricacies of their production to the limit. A uniquely
warm blend of guitar, percussion and synths with smooth vocals of Winston Surfshirt, this single stands as their most textual track to date.

Imagine Caribou, Booka Shade and Four Tet all got in the studio and spat out a tune.As good as that collaboration sounds, this track is.
Imagine Caribou, Booka Shade and Four Tet all got in the studio and spat out a tune and you could probably be excused for then accusing Mickey Kojak of stealing their thunder.

As good as that collaboration sounds, this track is.

But don't believe us.

Cut Snake - Magic     Electronic 12/03/2016
Beautiful house music by the two from Cut Snake that takes a few little unexpected turns that notch it up the ladder from the good to the great.
Good music sounds sonically tight, musically correct and let's face it, like lots of other stuff out there. There's a heap of good music. Great music is obviously sonically tight and musically on point but what makes it great is that originality and flair. What AJAX called Shctick

Yolanda Be Cool and DCUP - From Me To You     Electronic 10/02/2016
If summer could be songified this would be it. Already big in the hands of a select few we are pretty confident this one won't do less than it's predecessors.
YBC & DCUP are back starting the year right with From me To You. If summer could be songified, this would be it. Already big in the hands of a select few, we are pretty confident this one is not going to do less than it's predecessors.
