Self Talk - Hypocrite

Self Talk - Hypocrite
Self Talk write punchy pop-‐rock songs, inspired by heartache and hindsight, nostalgia and new beginnings. The band was born in the summer of 2015 when Stacey Cicivelli (vocals and guitar) found herself in a song writing frenzy.

Itching to add flesh to the acoustic skeletons and get them out into the world, she sought out the perfect musical partners. Frank Morda (drums), Eli Hood (guitar), Amanda Norman (keys),
and Christos Saloaras (bass) were brought on board to help create the punk energy and pop feel that has come to define Self Talk's sound.

About this track...

Hypocrite is a catchy pop-rock song with a dark edge, about the regrets and internal struggle we experience at the inevitable end of an on-again-off-again relationship.
It’s about seeing what we want to see until, with the help of hindsight, we can finally see clearly.
