Sea Legs - Witches Have Friends

Sea Legs - Witches Have Friends
Sea Legs, have just unveiled a new single ‘Witches Have Friends’. Staying true to their strong DIY ethic, the band opted to give fans the first taste of their new cut - hand-delivering the song via free download cards at recent east coast launch shows alongside British India, Lurch & Chief, Polish Club and Hey Geronimo.

‘Witches Have Friends’ explores a darker progressive energy comparative to the likes of Joy Division, Bloc Party and TV On The Radio; whilst still retaining the same uplifting choruses the band has become known for by tastemakers and fans since their early inception.

The band kicked significant goals in 2014, including triple j spot rotation for singles ‘Christopher Strong’ and ‘Take A Little For Yourself’, a #3 debut on the hype machine charts, festival appearances alongside Violent Soho, Sticky Fingers and touring with The Griswolds, Jebediah and British India.

Sea Legs have carried the same momentum over to 2015, starting off the year touring with The Growlers and signing to boutique booking agency 123 Agency, alongside The Delta Riggs, Kingswood and Lurch & Chief.

‘Witches Have Friends’ is lifted from the bands forthcoming sophomore EP, due for release in the later months of 2015.
