Whilst the drums were recorded in a studio, the rest of the song was produced and recorded in a bedroom and wardrobe at Sams' home studio.

Coen Cashin & Mark Cashin - Move Your Body     Rock 12/07/2019
NSW Central Coast musician, Mark Cashin, has recorded the last song his son Coen was working on before his tragic passing.
Some classic synthy 80's disco starts this track before Mark's voice picks up the vibe with a summer reggae/pop feel and back to retro disco for the chorus. Some signature funky electric guitar rounds this out so as not stray far from Mark's roots.

Fierce Mild are an act that draws as much inspiration from cinema, visual art, Australian Noir and Victorian history to craft their intricate brand of Post-Electro Cinematic Art Rock.
A suicidal contemplation, an attempt to escape the physicality of Dasein through a visit to an after life. All lessons in 'heaven' are ignored and the mind returns to the body convincing yourself that there is no god, or no one that can see any of your actions - giving you impunity for the actions that you take on earth.

AUSTRALIAN band Four Lions started as a solo vehicle for Bendigo-based singer-songwriter Shann Lions in December 2014, after he emerged from an eight-year musical hiatus.
"Gone" combines classic rock with touches of alt-country, embellished with flourishes of Hammond organ, courtesy of keys man Stephen Briggs, who also contributes the song’s gorgeous grand piano outro. And lead guitarist Keith MacQueen unleashes a barrage of his trademark meaty riffs in the bridge to keep the rock flag flying high.

4 piece psych outfit from Adelaide, inspired by elements of Alt-rock, post-rock and kraut-rock and other psychedelic goodness.
Valley is a brooding smoke-filled track that clouds your mind, sending shivers down your spine for a full seven minutes. Meandering in a dreamy state and is as arid and foreboding as the dark landscape featured on the cover. There’s an intense heat that permeates from this song. You can practically feel yourself begin to perspire by the four-minute mark.

"This track reminds me of a Rhino at full charge, I was absolutely cranking it while recording. Pretty sure my housemates didn't get any sleep the week it was being crafted. The lyrics were based on the end of a relationship those months you're questioning where your life will end up and if you're making the right decisions." Jack McEwan

Blue Mountain formed, now Melbourne based The Lazy Susans write heart-on-sleeve alt-rock rammed full of infectious melodies.
‘Care About Yourself’ though lyrically is a call for a dear mate to start prioritising themselves, is a lesson in vocal harmony. The way that the multiple vocal parts resonate with one another is an enriching experience. The song reaches its climax with an anthemic and memorable gang vocal drilling home the song’s message. “Care about yourself”.

Drawing from a difficult period of heroin addiction, Spike Fuck creates beautifully infectious, Triffids-tinged rock and roll songs
Body By Crystal features a melody redolent of early Velvets belying rangy, plain spoken lyricism which talks, unstintingly, of a life in freefall spurred on by drug abuse: “I lost myself and I lost my self-esteem...just mood swings and a penchant for methamphetamines”
