Sans Parents combine 70’s inspired pop-rock and new wave likened to Split Enz and The Cars with more modern sounds alluding to indie-rock favourites Teenage Fanclub and The Shins.
Lifted from their forthcoming debut EP (due August 2016), ‘Dead End’ harks back to the bands power-pop roots. Uplifting mellotron and boppy, harmonious vocals are balanced by britpop-esque tones that carry the song, with an end result of what feels like an amalgamation of Teenage Fanclub and The Shins.

Melbourne-based indie-rock group, Postblue, have just unveiled launch shows and their dream-laden and psych-rock infused cut ‘Love To Praise You’.
Recorded with renowned Melbourne-based producer Steven Schram (San Cisco, Eagle & The Worm), ‘Love To Praise You’ sees the band meld their staple influences of The Pixies, The Smashing Pumpkins with glimmers of hazy modern day psych-rock likened to Babe Rainbow and King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard.

The track melds bratty surf-rock with angsty lo-fi punk; yet still managing to retain well refined pop-sensibilities, sure to ensue many rowdy late night sing-a-longs.

Melbourne-based producer / vocalist, Owen Rabbit, has returned with new track ‘Oh My God’ and news that he will be releasing his debut EP titled ‘One’ (due Late Nov 2016).
‘Oh My God’ further shines a light on Rabbit’s creative depth with production largely skewed towards electronic instrumentation, yet still retaining many of his organic traits by incorporating toys, trinkets, rubbish and looping vocals to create harmonies with his beautifully flawed and cracked voice.
