2017 debut album 'Untidy Lines' won acclaim from triple j, Rolling Stone Australia, Australian Guitar Magazine and was The Brag’s Album of the Week. Single 'Emotionally Untidy' gained plenty of airplay on triple j and features in Spotify's Transcend Playlist, while 'If I’m Smiling (It’s Because I’m Thinking About Zac Efron)' was added to Spotify’s Fresh Finds, collaboratively racking up 200k+ streams, and 'Stronger Lines' won triple j Unearthed's NIDA competition, subsequently premiering on ABC’s rage.
Nominated for AWMA's Diversity In Music Award, RMC has previously been shortlisted for Vanda & Young Songwriting Prize (2016), nominated for the National Live Music Awards’ Live Pop Act Of The Year (2017), honing their live set at Groovin The Moo, Mountain Sounds Festival, Mardi Gras Fair Day and Sad Grrrls Festival; and supporting artists Camp Cope, Ruby Fields, Alex Lahey and Ali Barter.
