The band readily shifts between apathy and sensibility through languid and lamenting vocals that whirr over the spindliest of jangly guitars. Plotz's forthcoming debut EP 'Gross' was recorded in the band's home studio, mastered by Alex Wharton (My Bloody Valentine, The Breeders, Mark Lanegan) at Abbey Road Studios and is set to drop this November.
About this track...
All your clouded memories of heartache and discontent swept up off the next-morning regret-covered floor and channeled into a collection of ambling guitar pop. Combining elements of of 90s-inspired slacker fuzz with airy guitar chords floating underneath the odd psychedelic gesture, a candid look back on 'what could've been.'
