Major Leagues - Endless Drain

Major Leagues - Endless Drain
Brisbane band Major Leagues are pleased to announce the release of their third single ‘Endless Drain’.

Drowning in fuzz and feedback, Major Leagues channel bands like The Breeders, Dinosaur Jr, and My Bloody Valentine, while their pop sensibilities nod more to the melodies of 60s surf and garage pop. ‘Endless Drain’, a fuzz-laden grunge pop tune, was recorded with Sean Cook (formerly of Yves Klein Blue), mixed by Miro Mackie (Little Scout), and produced by Timothy Morrissey (John Steel Singers).

Major Leagues have been steadily building hype via nearly a year of constant shows, parties and support slots for the likes of Ball Park Music (QLD tour), Wild Nothing, Violent Soho, Velociraptor, Scott & Charlene’s Wedding, Cub Scouts, Bleeding Knees Club, and Loon Lake. Their debut single ‘Teen Mums’ snared the immediate attention of listeners in 2012, thanks to support from Who The Hell?, IZE magazine and a healthy share of plays on Triple J, FBI radio and 4ZZZ.

'Endless Drain' is currently available via Major Leagues’ Bandcamp page. The single will be launched via a string of interstate shows throughout Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland in August.
