MANE - Save Yourself     Pop, Rock 13/10/2018
With a haunting and high energy live set, MANE’s explosive indie pop is something that has to be seen to be fully believed.
Written while witnessing someone make the same mistakes repeatedly, becoming really expectant of the people around them to pick up the mess. You don't want to enable them but you also don't want them to feel abandoned. When it becomes detrimental to your wellbeing the solution becomes pretty obvious though.

Tom West - King Cambyses     Folk, Roots, Rock, Acoustic 18/08/2018
Tom West is an Australian singer-songwriter performing music that traverses the rocky and undulating ground between simple, whimsical folk tunes and grand and moody soundscapes.
This song reflects on the way that our experience of memory and hindsight affects our experience and understanding of the present.
The idea came when I was listening to a history podcast that discussed the story of when, supposedly, King Cambyses, Emperor of the ancient Persian Empire directed an army into the Egyptian desert that disappeared in a sandstorm.

MANE - Chasing Butterflies     Pop, Electronic, Atmospheric 21/03/2018
Hailing from Adelaide, MANE’s explosive indie pop has the unique ability to have you in awe of her energy while simultaneously singing along to the saddest of songs.
“Chasing Butterflies is about relentlessly searching for that feeling of excitement in something or someone over and over again, it’s about loving to love but getting bored really quickly, it’s about self-evaluating your behaviour and pain but wondering whether or not you’ll do anything about it to help yourself.
