Raised in the rural Victorian town of Cobden, Libby has never made it just about herself. After the 2018 St Patrick's Bushfires, She organised the Bushfire Relief Festival. Bringing artists statewide to support the cause, she raised over $15,000 for those affected by the fires. It’s about family, community and music in no particular order.
Libby’s debut single ‘Bones’ hit hard and fast - picking up airplay.
Along the way Libby was the winner of the Triple J unearthed Queenscliff music festival competition & artist on St Kilda Festival.
The new single Miss Me, which was recorded @ the Medici Studio Geelong. The raw power of Miss Me is evident from the get go.
"I'm really proud to release "Miss Me" to the world. Its rawness and organic production really encapsulate me at the moment. I can’t wait for everybody to hear this different side to my sound and look forward to playing it live for everybody with my band" - Libby Steel
