Josh Setterfield - Weird Ones

Josh Setterfield - Weird Ones
Exploding onto the scene in 2016, Josh made a seamless transition to country after fronting a pop punk band. His last EP “From Dusk” debuting at #3 on the iTunes country charts and featuring three successful singles including “Feelin’ Love” & “Hometown”; firmly establishing Josh’s presence among fellow artists and industry. Soaring onto country radio with presenters warming to his sound, Josh stayed in charts for several weeks climbing to #1. Apple Music added “Feelin’ Love” & “My Kind of Saturday Night” to their A-List Country playlist and has since accrued over 320k streams, whilst “Hometown” written about the small town of Wangi Wangi delivered Setterfield his debut video on CMC.

Entertaining and wowing audiences with his high energy and incredible showmanship, Josh has been selected to perform at major festivals around the country including Gympie Muster, Groundwater CMF, Deni Ute Muster & Rockin Rocky. In just a couple of years he has achieved milestones, from supporting international Country acts Love & Theft and Drew Baldridge to touring with country heavyweights The Wolfe Brothers. Setterfield continues to gather shows nationally with a growing list of supports including The Viper Creek Band, Troy Kemp, Travis Collins, Shannon Noll & Ian Moss.

About this track...

This song is about how much of a weird kid I was growing up, not being into cars and football like everyone else, but being into music. I didn’t really fit in and neither did my friends; fitting into our own little group the weird ones.
