Inertia - Air

Inertia - Air
Inertia are a 3-piece dreamy indie rock band from Newcastle. Their sound is reminiscent of a dreamy Matt Corby song but with Tash Sultana-ish guitar solos. Resident 90Deg Studio Artist Liam Gray started releasing music under the name ‘Inertia’ in 2017.

After releasing a handful of singles on his own he met Chris Barnett and Callum Schuck at the local pub to form a trio. Late 2017 the trio played several shows showcasing the newly formed band in their hometown.

Following their success late in 2017 Inertia hope to keep busy in 2018 with the release of their debut single Air and shows across the country.

About this track...

Air is about the frustrations that come with feeling trapped in a dreary daily routine and as a result, not having time for all the important things in life. It’s about wanting to change the way you live your life but not knowing how to break out of your routine.
