Bala G is a Sea Country Ranger from N.E. Arnhem Land. Easy Street is his first recording; produced by Stu Kellaway of Yothu Yindi at ARDS Yolngu Radio in Yirrkala.
A hip-hop track that raps about discrimination in the workplace, particularly issues around the lack of Indigenous staff housing in communities, with staff housing being allocated to non local residents, leaving Indigenous employees in overcrowded and unsafe conditions. The NT Anti Discrimination Commission can assist with discrimination in the workplace.
