Built around this union, the Lyngcoln family brought in McLusky bass player Jon Chapple, who had emigrated to Australia after following his heart across ocean from his native Wales.
For years now Harmony have spun a paralysing duality. Heavy instrumental concoctions heave below tales of loss and grief whilst bathed in the ethereal light of righteous harmony pulled from vocalists Erica Dunn, Quinn Veldhuis and Amanda Roff.
The vocal refrains of Harmony star on Double Negative. Almost ten years in, they have settled into a cohesive wall of sound capable of true moments of majestic cacophony and beauty. Their effectiveness is such that they have been borrowed numerous times by the likes of The Drones, Fraser A Gorman, Don Walker and Lost Animal to add Harmony to their projects.
