Demon Days - Disco Baby
Perth outfit Demon Days are capable of “transform[ing] any group of 20-somethings into an appreciative audience of jazz cats” (

The band have played alongside Nai Palm, Willow Beats, Sex on Toast, Superego FKA POW! Negro, Stella Donnelly, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Fortunes, Sampology and more; and on festivals Falls Festival, Groovin The Moo and Fairbridge Festival.

In 2017 they earned WAM nominations for “Best New Act” and “Best Urban Act”; vocalist Bella Nicholls earned a nomination for “Best Vocalist” at the 2017 NLMA’s.

Late 2017 single Killer Bees premiered on triple j, with support from Red Bull, ultimately making #3 on AMRAP's Metro Charts; their "beautiful and whimsical" (Nkechi Anele, triple j) follow-up No Winners also found support nationally and overseas with praise from Stereofox (UK) and a massive 11-date national tour to celebrate.

The band is set to release debut EP 'Magic Eye' on Friday 10 August, produced by Grammy-nominated engineer Nick Hererra (Hiatus Kaiyote, Jaala).

In 2017, Demon Days signed with New World Artists and have been playing to packed venues nation wide. Delivering a high energy show, the band have truly cultivated a sound and finesse far beyond their years and time together as a group.

About this track...

"A free flowing wonderland adventure. Close your eyes so you can leave all your worries behind and bliss out with Demon Days." - Declan Byrne, triple j Home & Hosed

Pulling bright, shiny elements from 90s pop, 80s synth tones & 70s disco, 'Disco Baby' nearly fizzes over with mentos-in-coke energy, propelled by punchy phrases and adorned with wonky flair.
