The Thousand Steps.... is he going to heaven... or hell!!! Urban Blues from The Nuts featuring Johnny Cash-u-Nut on lead guitar and Mac Adamia on shouty-type vocals. A song about the hard life of a working feller who is trapped no matter which way he turns. Sad, and yet, strangely uplifting due to the strong performances and Sody Pop production.

Coasting is a feel-good tune that combines acoustic and electronic musical elements. It's about adventure, enjoying life and just coasting. I wrote all the parts and played most of the instruments in 'Coasting' with help from my producer in Sydney. Coasting has lyrical imagery of the sea and sailing and the music video was shot across beaches and coastal towns.

Omeo is a a jaunty soul/country ditty about the glorious town of the same name in the Victorian high country. It is inspired by an ill-fated, 4 day gig playing background music at what turned out to be a rich-persons cult. The town of Omeo, its friendly people and its fabulous pubs offered the only refuge.
