In early 2011 Whitehouse proudly signed with Gadigal Music and in April 2012 Whitehouse will release its much-anticipated album "A Funky Intervention" through MGM Distribution.
For the recording Whitehouse employed their good friend in world renowned Hip-hop DJ Moto to bring the old skool Hip-hop flavours with local Keyboard whiz, Andy Judd, and Daniel ‘DC’ Charmichael on horns to colour the tracks with a 70’s funk vibe. This Funky Intervention was created under the skillful direction of the “Song Doctor”, A&R Department’s Matt O’Connor.
For music lovers sick of sugar coated lyrics over ripped off nursery rhyme tunes and who want some home grown music with a bit of substance then look out because the Whitehouse just got a new administration enacting their new bill called “A Funky Intervention” available in leading record stores and iTunes April 6th.

Saunders has grappled with his Aboriginal/Australian identity for most of his life. This song's an answer to the many questions that have plagued him over the years. A cathartic song that a lot of people from mixed heritage backgrounds, which is many in this country, will resonate with and understand.
