Amrap’s AirIt is community radio’s Australian music catalogue and distribution service. Any Australian community radio program maker and station library coordinator can apply for a free AirIt account. They login to order customized CDs containing the music they want to broadcast at no cost to them or instantly download the music.

Anyone else can browse the catalogue to see artist information, links to buy music and official artist videos — but only authorised radio users can login to access and order the music.

Store Bought Cool - Doing Fine

Store Bought Cool are a five piece from Melbourne's inner north consisting of two guitars, one bass, one violin and a drum kit. Specifically they are David L Dreimann, Matt McCusker, David Owen, Jeremy Lowen and Cara Lanyon. Their unique mash of influences from garage punk to antifolk, indie to swamp, and twee to dark melodramatic pop, started drawing attention in 2011 when their first single “The Wild” began getting airplay first locally on RRR, PBS and SYN90.7 and later on 4ZZZ, 2SER and across Australia. Store Bought Cool also quickly gathered a reputation for their original sound and high energy shows. Store Bought Cool are a band that take their music seriously but don't take themselves too seriously and the result is a lot of fun.

About this track...

Doing Fine is dream pop with a twist: Washed out vocal harmonies, surf guitar tones and soft hypnotic violin. It builds from a lonely chime to bright technicolor and then fades leaving everything clean, smelling like fresh laundry and rain. Mixed by Tom McFall (Stars, REM, Weezer, Bloc Party, Editors).
