Half a man is a song about selfishness and self importance in the context of a transitory relationship. The song has a heavy melancholic vibe and there is real ‘wounded soul’ magnetism about it. The chorus reaches an anthemic and climatic point combining heavy instrumentation with powerful and empathetic lyrics.
