Northlane is an ARIA award winning progressive metal band based in Sydney. Their previous album Node debuted at #1 on the ARIA Album Chart.
Northlane have released their new stand-alone single “Citizen”, which was recorded by David Bendeth (Bring Me The Horizon, A Day To Remember, Paramore) at his studio in New Jersey. The video for "Citizen" was filmed by Jason Eshragian who has previously worked with Northlane on the “Intuition” and “Impulse” videos.

Guitar loops and energetic vocals with a drum machine background. Lyrically, Mother is about being a female older than 25 and constantly being asked "When will you have children?" by relatives, friends, and acquaintances.

The Venus Figurines - The Otherside (One Step Back)     Rock, Pop 21/03/2017
Formed in 2015, The Venus Figurines are an alternative rock band from Hobart, Tasmania. Their genre is a musical hybrid of 90's alternative, pop and rock.
The third track on the debut EP, 'In Transit', the "poppiest" effort featured on the release. The song was written and recorded in a two-day APRA AMCOS songwriting session with Ilan Kidron, lead singer of The Potbelleez and producer Jean-Paul Fung who has worked on multiple ARIA award-winning records.
