Alongside Lyn Taylor, Nick is the lead singer of Sydney-based, bluegrass-inspired band Dear Orphans. "Rise Up Like A River" is Nick's debut solo album.
Co-written with Benn Gunn, this is a trucking song. Inspired by 70s trucker slang where you are hypnotised from prolonged night driving. Jy-Perry Banks from The Cruisin’ Deuces adds his musical magic on the pedal steel. Third and current single from "Rise Up Like A River".

Angela Easson - Little Girl Dreams     Country 06/09/2016
In 2010 Angela was awarded South Australian APRA Overall Country Song of The Year, 2011 a Toyota Star Maker finalist & began singing at age 10.
While it's a fictitious track, Angela has discovered looking back through old photos that she used to sing karaoke in the backyard along to the radio with a plastic microphone that hooked up to a toy radio. Her daughter appears on the track while the video features both her kids.

Luella has been performing her style of country blues soul since the age of 11. She's performed at Gympie Muster, Tamworth CM Fest and with James Blundell and Troy Cassar-Daley.
Catherine was written for a friend, based on a scheme conjured up by her husband and Luella. He wanted to immortalise his wife in song after being married for 36 years. The song was kept a secret while it was written & recorded over 5 months.

Rising River is a murder ballad — or cautionary tale — about a man running away from the police, and trying to find his ex-girlfriend to exact revenge on her. It is set in the 1860s, somewhere in the Snowy Mountains and Victorian High Country.
